Inspired by the 1920’s Art Deco “Pools Of Light” jewelry designs, these beautiful genuine quartz crystal orbs dangle and catch light beautifully in their solid copper wire settings. Niobium hooks complete the design for easy hypoallergenic wear. Dress them up or wear them casual, they make an elegant and timeless statement.

THE DETAILS

-Earrings feature genuine polished 10mm round quartz crystal orbs, center drilled.

-Quartz orbs are mounted on solid copper torch fired headpins which run through the center of the orbs and then wrap fluidly around both sides. Bottoms of headpins are left darkened from torch firing to add contrast and a contemporary edge to the design.

-Earring hooks are hypoallergenic niobium with a copper bead accent (read below for info about Niobium).

-Chain and all findings are solid raw copper.

-Total length of earrings from top of hooks to bottom of design is about 54mm (2 1/8″). Earring drop length from bottom loop of earring hooks to bottom of orbs is 41mm (1 5/8″).

HYPOALLERGENIC NIOBIUM HOOKS

Niobium is an element that is physiologically inert, making it completely hypo-allergenic. It’s natural color is grey, but like titanium it can be anodized to create different colors. These niobium ear hooks are a deep bronze color with a tiny copper accent bead.

ABOUT COPPER JEWELRY

The copper in this design is pure, raw, solid copper. It is not treated, lacquered or coated in any way, so it will darken and develop a nice patina over time. The Niobium hooks will not patina or change color, and they will not leave a green mark on your ear.
