Description
A shimmering raw blue kyanite blade crystal, set in a solid sterling silver hand woven bezel with hammered and torch fired sterling silver backing, and dangling from a simple long solid sterling silver chain.
This Kyanite blade is raw and captivating. It is a medium denim blue in color with some frosty white crystallization on the surface. In the sunlight, it shimmers and shines like ice crystals.
This item is one of a kind, you’ll receive the exact necklace shown in the photos. Necklace has been photographed from various angles in both indoor and outdoor lighting to to attempt to show all of it’s nuances and attributes.
THE DETAILS
-Genuine raw blue kyanite blade crystal, medium denim blue in color and opaque, with beautiful white surface crystallization.
-Kyanite is set on a solid sterling silver rectangle backing, part of which has been torch fired and left darkened for contrast. Nested in a solid sterling silver hand woven wire bezel which holds the stone securely.
-Pendant measures 38mm (1 1/2″) length (not including the top loop which adds about 1/4″), 11mm (7/16″) width at it’s widest point, and 4.5mm (3/16″) deep.
-Chain is a solid sterling silver 1.1mm width 24″ length cable chain with small spring ring clasp. It looks delicate but is quite strong.

ABOUT KYANITE
Kyanite is a semi-precious gem quality stone which forms in triclinic crystals or prisms, sometimes referred to as “blades”. It’s name comes from the Greek word “Kyanos” which means deep blue, though it can also form in white, gray, green, orange and yellow. The rarest Kyanite is the colorless variety, but the most sought after is blue.
Kyanite has been called the “Stone of Alignment”, believed to be one of the most excellent stones for meditation, and for cleaning and clearing energy. It is said to be a stone of very powerful high vibration and alignment, used often as a healing and balancing crystal.
