Choose from one of three standard sizes (S/M/L) or have me custom size it to your exact wrist measurement:

• Small (S): Approximately 23 beads — fits a wrist of 6″–7″
• Medium (M): Approximately 26 beads — fits a wrist of 7″–8″
• Large (L): Approximately 29 beads — fits a wrist of 8″–9″
• Custom Fit: If you are unsure of your size or you simply want a custom fit (don’t we all?), choose “Custom” in the drop-down menu and provide your wrist measurement.

The Story Behind Sacred Palo Santo (Bursera graveolens)

Known traditionally as “Holy Wood,” Palo Santo has been used for centuries in South America for spiritual purification, energy cleansing, and bringing calm to daily life.

• 100% Ethically & Responsibly Sourced: Real Palo Santo must be harvested only from naturally fallen branches or trees that have died naturally and rested on the forest floor for 3 to 10 years. This allows the rich resins to mature. My beads are sourced from suppliers working directly with reforestation and ethical harvesting efforts in Peru and Ecuador.
• Natural Subtle Aroma: A beautiful, 100% natural aroma—a blend of sweet resin, warm wood, subtle citrus, and earthy notes. No artificial fragrances here!

How to Use Your Free Palo Santo Stick

Every order includes a raw, ethically sourced Palo Santo stick! If you’re new to burning Holy Wood, here is how to enjoy its rich, uplifting aroma safely:

1. Light It Up: Hold the stick at a 45-degree angle over a flame (candle, lighter, or match). Let the end catch fire and burn for about 30 to 60 seconds.
2. Blow It Out: Gently blow out the flame. You should see a warm ember glow and a beautiful stream of sweet, aromatic smoke.
3. Set the Vibe: Gently wave the smoke around your space, studio, or around yourself to clear heavy energy and invite in good feelings.
4. Rest Safely: Place the burning stick on a fire-safe surface, such as a ceramic dish or shell. Palo Santo naturally extinguishes itself after a few minutes, making one stick last for dozens of uses!
