THIS IS AN ENHANCED PRINT
This is a high-quality print of my work on archival art paper. I enhance my prints using either ink, paint, pastel, or a combination of mediums. Each one is unique. This piece is mounted on wood and ready to hang out of the box. It is completely hand-crafted by (me) the artist, with unique texture patterns added by hand. No two are the same. These pieces are signed and dated on the back by the artist.
ARTWORK STORY
This work is called Calm In The Universe and is inspired by letting go of worry. I started this work with a chaotic background that was off-putting. That represents the stress and worry that so many of us find ourselves in. It is a state of disarray that causes us to lose focus on what matters. I used an image of meditation to calm the entire scene, ending the chaos. This work is meant to symbolize our ability to impact our environment with our own sense of calm. It is meant as a reminder that no matter what is going on, you hold the power to focus on the things that matter.
