A Rogue Phrase Cuff – A “One Off” cuff bracelet that has been debossed (stamped) with a phrase that was derived from or is familiar jargon within our awesome Rogue Artist community. In this case “Fa-Chunk It”, the way in which we get stuff done.

What’s the story? We needed a word that described breaking down large and seemingly daunting tasks into smaller ones and that word “chunking” did exist. But we also needed the word to include the idea that sometimes, you just don’t have a lot of time (or you don’t want to spend a lot of time because you don’t really want to take on the task in the first place, except you kinda do). So in order to talk yourself into doing a small part of the larger agenda, you commit to doing it for five or even fifteen minutes, after which point you’re allowed to quit and do something else, or keep going on it. Hence, the “Fa” part of the word (which admittedly should have been “Fi” for five, but it’s not, that’s just how it happened, so there we are). Sometimes just getting started is the hardest part. It’s a silly sounding word, but using it as a practice is a huge reason we’re still in business and you’re here reading this.

This bracelet is one of a kind, you will receive the exact one shown in the photos.

THE DETAILS

-This cuff bracelet is solid sterling silver, hand forged and hand debossed (stamped) with the phrase “Fa-Chunk It” in typewriter font.

-After the forming, stamping, shaping, it was meticulously refined, filed and polished by hand, to ensure that it is absolutely comfortable to wear.

-Bracelet is 6mm (1/4″) width top to bottom and 1.5mm thick front to back.

-This bracelet can flex open and closed a bit, to fit most wrist sizes comfortably (with 5.5″ to 8.5″ wrist measurements being the most comfortable range).

-Inside of bracelet is stamped with my “KA” maker’s mark, and .925 sterling silver hallmark to one side.

-Bracelet was finished by polishing to a high shine which looks great and protects the integrity of the metal. I did leave a few tool markings and “maker’s nuances” in there though, because they’re cool and they show that a human made it. If you’re like us, you like that sort of thing.
