Join The Art Syndicate Meeting On March 24TH

Hello to all our makers, shakers, and creative boundary breakers!

The plans are officially locked in, and the momentum is building. We are thrilled to announce that our second official Art Syndicate meeting has found a home for the month! A huge thank you to Anna for opening up her doors at Clifford’s Carpets and hosting our growing collective.

Last month proved that there is a massive hunger for a unified creative voice in this region. This month, we move from the “vision” phase into “action.” Let’s plan our first event!

LOCATION SECURED: We’re Meeting at Clifford’s!

Mark your calendars and set your reminders. We’ve moved our monthly rhythm to Tuesdays to accommodate more of our members, and we can’t wait to see the room full of talent once again.

  • When: Tuesday, March 24th @ 6:00 PM
  • Where: Clifford’s Carpets
  • Address: 19 E 1st St, Oil City, PA 16301

What’s on the Agenda?

This meeting is about building the infrastructure that will sustain us for years to come. We have a lot of ground to cover:

  • ARMA Fest & 2026 Opportunities: Our meeting takes place right after the ARMA Fest committee meeting, so we’ll be sharing the latest updates on how artists can get involved, plus other major opportunities coming up this year.
  • Guest Speakers: Stevette from Main Street will join us to discuss local opportunities and how we can better integrate our efforts across the city.
  • The Creative Guilds: We will be discussing leadership roles and identifying representatives for our “Round Table.” We want to ensure every medium painters, musicians, writers, jewelers, crafters, and the “uncategorized” has a seat and a voice.
  • The “3rd Place”: We are continuing the brainstorm on establishing a dedicated creative hub for artists to gather after the 9-to-5 grind. What does that space look like for you?
  • Event Plotting: It’s time to start moving forward on a massive, Syndicate-organized event. We want to create something that showcases the full spectrum of our collective talent and absolutely blows people’s minds.

Final Thought: This community is proving that when we stop waiting for permission and start working together, things move fast. We are turning into a creative force of nature, and this is only the beginning.

See you Tuesday night at Clifford’s!

Stay creative,
