“Forest Deep” One of a kind antiqued sterling silver tree of life pendant necklace on a genuine Moss Agate stone.

Moss agates are so mesmerizing, like having a tiny magical forest that you can take with you anywhere. This one is no exception, with depth and layers of colorful mossy inclusions in green and brown tones. A peaceful spot, deep in the forest, to call your own.

This Moss Agate is freeform drop cut and smooth. The stone is set on a hammered sterling silver backing with spiral detail and mounted in a very secure sterling silver woven bezel, which flows beautifully into the tree design on the front of the stone. Completing the design is a sterling silver chain with a diamond cut chain extension, making it adjustable and versatile.

This necklace is one of a kind, you will receive the exact one shown in the photos. Necklace has been photographed from various angles with both indoor and outdoor lighting to best capture its colors and patterning.

THE DETAILS

-Pendant measures 36mm (just under 1 1/2″) tall (not including the top loop which adds about 1/4″), 23mm (7/8″) wide, and about 7mm (just over 1/4″) deep.

-The stone is a genuine natural freeform drop cut moss agate showing tones of cream, greens and browns in it’s depths of layers.

-Setting is entirely hand forged and woven in solid sterling silver.

-Chain is a 1.5mm width solid sterling silver cable chain with spring ring clasp. Solid sterling silver diamond cut extender chain completes it and makes it adjustable from 26 to 30 inches.

-Sterling silver has been antiqued for a vintage look and to add visual contrast that allows the colors in the stone to really shine.

Moss Agate is a variety of Chalcedony, a mineral of the Quartz family. It is clear to milky white, with dendritic inclusions of manganese or iron that has grown into patterns similar to moss or lichen.
