THIS IS AN ENHANCED PRINT
This is a high-quality print of my work on archival art paper. I enhance my prints using either ink, paint, pastel, or a combination of mediums. Each one is unique. This piece is mounted on wood and ready to hang out of the box. It is completely hand-crafted by (me) the artist, with unique texture patterns added by hand. No two are the same. These pieces are signed and dated on the back by the artist.

ARTWORK STORY

Letting go isn’t as simple as people make it sound. It’s not just “moving on” or “forgetting.” It’s a process—raw, painful, and messy. Sometimes it feels like tearing something out of yourself, like pulling roots that have grown too deep. But in that pain, there’s also something else—freedom.

This piece is about that moment. The moment when I finally exhaled the past, when the weight that had held me down for so long splintered and took flight. The bird, born from the tangled mass of old wounds and history, doesn’t just escape—it transforms. It is both destruction and creation, a breaking apart and a becoming.

The colors are turbulent yet luminous, because even in grief, there is light. Even in release, there is power. This is a reminder that letting go doesn’t mean losing—it means making space for something new, something unburdened. And that, no matter how hard it is, is worth every ounce of pain.
