Description
RAW. UNFINISHED. STUDIO CHAOS
These are the sketches, studies, and designs that never expected to see the light of day. Usually crammed in a drawer or tossed in the bin, they’ve been part of the creative journey—helping bring finished works to life. Some are torn, creased, or splattered with rogue paint from other projects. Others have scribbled notes, ideas, or something totally random.
Instead of letting them pile up (or disappear forever), here’s your chance to own a piece of the process—an unpolished, raw glimpse into the messy, beautiful chaos of creation.
ARTIST STATEMENT ABOUT THIS PIECE OF THE STUDIO
These eerie concept sketches are remnants of a deep dive into the world of Lake Eerie, a horror film that Klee and I were heavily involved in as part of the art department. From jewelry to paintings, and these haunting character studies, we poured ourselves into crafting the unsettling visual atmosphere of the film.
These sketches, raw and unpolished, were part of the design process—exploring cryptic, otherworldly figures that blurred the line between human and something… else. Some remain half-formed, some are splattered with stray paint, and others feel like they might move if you look away for too long.
Though the film was plagued by delays and conflicts behind the scenes, it still clawed its way into existence. And now, these forgotten pieces—once tucked away in the archives—have resurfaced. Unfinished, unfiltered, and steeped in cinematic history, here’s your chance to own a fragment of Lake Eerie’s dark, twisted legacy.
In the listing pictures, you’ll find images of the movie that show the art and jewelry we created.
