Designed to be a talisman of our inner radiance, our luminous glow, our nurturing nature. “Luminous Being” is a representation of our loving, living, connected and giving self, and the multitude of worlds folded within us. An act of kindness, a mother’s love, an artist’s wellspring of creativity, a moment of self care, a recognition of inner and outer beauty, a feeling of wholeness. All of these things and so much more make up a being. Within the curves and shapes of this moonstone moon pendant, I hope one can glimpse those things and so much more.

This dimensional moon pendant features subtle rustic hammered texture, beautiful light play and reflective qualities, and centers around a glowing genuine rainbow moonstone. Created in solid sterling silver, each one is hammer formed with it’s own unique texture. A sparkling sterling silver diamond cut chain completes the design.

This necklace is made to order, the one in the photos is sold and yours will be created just for you with its own luminous moonstone and your choice of chain length.

THE DETAILS

-Pendant is a 20 gauge solid sterling silver disk about 19.5mm diameter (3/4″) (not including top loop which adds about 1/4″), hammer forged with subtle hammered texture.

-Genuine rainbow moonstone is securely bezel set in the center of the piece. Moonstone is 6mm width (1/4″) and about 5mm deep. Moonstone is set in a way that you can also see a portion of it peeking out on the backside of the pendant.

-Please allow for slight variances in the color flash of the moonstones as these are genuine natural stones. All stones used for this design will have the signature moonstone flash.

-Stamped on backside with .925 sterling silver quality stamp and my “KA” makers mark.

-Pendant dangles on a sturdy 18 gauge jump ring, from a 1mm solid sterling silver diamond cut cable chain with small spring ring clasp. Chain is faceted to catch light, and looks delicate but is quite strong.

-Choose your desired chain length from the drop down menu (Chain shown in example photos is 20″ length).

ABOUT MOONSTONE

Named for it’s moon-like sheen, rainbow moonstone is a member of the feldspar group of minerals, exhibiting a light and color play known as Adularescence. It can show a variety of colors and was regarded throughout history as a prism and a tangible connection to the moon.

Moonstone is considered to be a stone of femininity, intuition, protection, and harmony. It is said to strengthen one’s acceptance of self, and bring balance, peace and passion to the wearer.
