Description

Solid sterling silver and genuine Labradorite make up these beautiful stud earrings. Shimmery and gemmy in blue, gold, and green tones and smooth oval cut shape. Contemporary Victorian inspired earring design with fine wire work, while maintaining a minimalist and timeless look.

These labradorite cabs are set on solid sterling silver filigree post mountings, and nested in a very secure woven sterling bezel.

These earrings are made to order, the pair shown in the photos is sold and yours will be created just for you. Please allow for slight variances in the color and flash of the labradorite as this is a natural gem.

THE DETAILS

-Earring posts and nuts are solid sterling silver, lightweight and comfortable, with notches on the ends of the posts to secure the nuts in place. Post length is 3/8″ and post thickness is .029″ (.74mm or 1/32″). This post size is suitable for most ears.

-Post design is oval with a scalloped filigree border. Woven wire bezel continues around the labradorite from the scalloped border, nesting it in a secure setting. Wire setting wraps two or three times around, depending on the depth of the stone, to ensure it’s securely set.

-Genuine smooth labradorite cabochons, oval in shape with a body color of medium grey and flashes of blue, green, or gold.

-Please allow for variances in the color and flash of the labradorite, as it is a natural gemstone.

-Labradorite cabochons measure 10mm (about 3/8″) length, 8mm (about 5/16″) width at their widest point, and 5-6mm (just under 1/4″) deep from front to back.
