This is a high-quality print of my work on archival art paper. I enhance my prints using either ink, paint, pastel, or a combination of mediums. Each one is unique. This piece is mounted on wood and ready to hang out of the box. It is completely hand-crafted by (me) the artist, with unique texture patterns added by hand. No two are the same. These pieces are signed and dated on the back by the artist.

ARTWORK STORY

You ever have one of those days where it feels like the entire universe is trying to dropkick your soul? Yeah. This is that moment—but with muscles, grit, and a stubborn refusal to break.

In Guardian of the Storm, I wanted to capture the intensity of what it looks like when you become your own damn shield. Not some serene, floating-on-a-lotus vibe—but the real, messy, back-breaking, emotionally-swole kind of strength. The kind that doesn’t run from the storm but plants its feet in the fire and dares it to come closer.

The figure is stripped down, vulnerable, and powerful all at once. Bent, yes—but never broken. The storm swirls overhead like chaos incarnate, but they hold it—not because they have to, but because they can. And in doing so, they turn burden into armor, struggle into art, and pain into purpose.

This painting is about inner strength—the kind you discover only when life gets loud and messy. It’s about holding the line, even when no one else sees the battle. It’s a love letter to the quiet warriors out there, fighting to keep their light on in the middle of the mess.

So if you’re in the storm, just know—you’re not alone. And you’re stronger than whatever the hell is coming at you. You are the guardian.
