Description

Three dainty hammer formed circles in solid 14k yellow gold, rose gold, and white gold make up the “Goldsmith’s Rainbow” necklace. Featuring subtle hammered texture and free floating on a beautiful diamond cut sterling silver chain, they move and catch light beautifully.

One of the oldest symbols known to us, the circle has been around since before the beginning of recorded history, representing many ideas to many cultures. Eternity, natural order, spiritual beliefs, personal philosophies, life cycles, elemental forces, sacred geometry, the universe itself. This necklace is a beautiful and simple representation of those timeless ideologies, as well as my endless awe for and connection with my favorite metals and their incredible origin story dating back billions of years.

Each dainty circle is hammer formed, soldered and shaped completely by hand into a beautiful and unique trio with subtle texture. After the forming, they get meticulously refined, filed and polished by hand, to ensure that they are beautiful and long lasting.

This necklace is made to order and each one is unique, the one in the photos is sold and yours will be created just for you.

THE DETAILS

-Three dainty free floating circles, solid 14k yellow gold / solid 14k rose gold / solid 14k white gold. Hand formed with subtle hammered texture.

-Each circle measures 10mm outer diameter (just over 3/8″) and just under 1mm thickness (please allow for very slight measurement variances as these are hand formed). They are dainty but sturdy and will not bend or become misshapen with normal wear.

-Each circle is stamped on the backside with 14k gold hallmark (due to their small size hallmark may be a partial stamp as shown in photo).

-Circles free float on a solid sterling silver sparkling diamond cut 1.1mm cable chain with small spring ring clasp. This chain is quite sturdy for it’s delicate look and the links catch light beautifully. -These are hand formed and each one has slight variances and it’s own subtle texture features, but will remain true to the design shown here.

Size Chart

NECKLACE LENGTH GUIDELINES
  • If you already know your desired necklace length, simply select it from the drop down menu. Sizes are listed by the inch. If you would like an in between size (example 18 1/2") please select the closest size from the menu and then leave me a note at checkout requesting the size. I will accommodate the size request as closely as possible.
  • If you don't know what length you need, here's how to measure to get the proper size. Take a flexible tape measure and drape it around your neck at the length you want the necklace to lay. The measurement where the two ends meet is your necklace length.
  • If you don't have a tape measure handy, you can use a string and a flat ruler. Simply drape the string around your neck in the same way as you would with a tape measure. Pinch the string on each end where the two ends meet, and then place that section of string against a flat ruler to get your measurement.
  • You can also measure the length of a necklace you own that fits how you like in order to get your measurement, but if you choose this method please try to measure a necklace that is of a similar style to this one or at least is designed to lay the same way. Different necklace styles can fit very differently even if they are the same length measured end to end.
