ABOUT THIS CALENDAR
You have spoken and the votes are in! The 2026 calendar theme is officially Love Is. I’m deep in the creative trenches right now designing this brand-new edition, and my goal is simple: to give you something that brings you joy, comfort, and a bit of laughter throughout the year.
Just like my past calendars, this one isn’t just about pretty pictures. Each month will feature:

An inspirational quote to brighten your day.

A mix of official, creative, and wonderfully weird holidays — everything from National Absurdity Day to World Kindness Day, National Doodle Day, International Day of Happiness, Talk Like a Pirate Day, and a few spontaneous Rafi-made holidays just for fun.
About the Love Is Series
My Love Is series celebrates connection, kindness, and those small, beautiful moments that remind us we’re not alone in this weird world. Each piece features two or three whimsical characters sharing gestures of love, hope, and humor, whether it’s “Love Is Sharing an Umbrella,” “Love Is Spreading Joy,” or just quietly being there for one another. It’s not about romantic love, it’s about the kind of love that makes the world a better place.
The example above is the 2024 Calendar. The 2026 edition will be completely new art, reimagined in vibrant colors with plenty of heart (and a little mischief).
