A Ribbon Cutting, A Birthday, and a Whole Lot of Art in Oil City

Hey everyone! If you thought the Watch Party on Tuesday was the only thing happening this week, get ready, because Wednesday is going to be just as much fun.

We are keeping the excitement rolling on Wednesday, July 22nd, and heading downtown for a double celebration. Two of our absolute favorite community staples are hitting major milestones, and we are so excited to be a part of it.

Here is what’s happening and why you need to be there!

Ribbon Cutting for Woods & River Coffee

First up, we are celebrating our amazing friends over at Woods & River Coffee! They are officially hosting their Ribbon Cutting ceremony at their beautiful location at 100 Seneca Street.

If you haven’t been there yet, it is such a gorgeous, welcoming space. We are so incredibly happy to see them flourishing and bringing so much life to the heart of Oil City. The official ceremonies kick off at 3:00 PM, so make sure you’re there to help us cheer them on!

The Exchange is Having a Birthday!

The Exchange is celebrating a birthday party! The Exchange in Oil City has been an incredible hub for local culture, and we are so proud to be deeply involved with some of what they do.

To celebrate, Klee and I will be hanging out to talk about a few things near and dear to our hearts:

The Exchange Mural: I (Rafi) had the absolute honor of creating the mural at The Exchange, and we’ll be chatting about the inspiration and process behind bringing that wall to life.
Art Nights & Gallery Nights: We’ll also be discussing some of the amazing community events we help put together there, like Art Nights at The Exchange and Gallery Nights at The Exchange. If you’ve ever wanted to know more about how to get involved, get your art shown, or just come hang out with local creatives, this is the perfect time to chat with us.
Also come by and check out two art shows currently up at the Exchange! The Imagination art show and a section of The Oil Heritage Art Show! You don’t want to miss the amazing art!
