A COA serves as the definitive document of provenance, verifying the artist’s hand, the medium, and the integrity of your acquisition. Whether you have recently acquired a piece or are updating your records for insurance and estate purposes, we are here to assist you in formalizing your collection’s documentation.
How to Submit Your Request
To receive your certificate, please complete the formal request form below. To ensure accuracy, you will need to provide:
- Clear Images: Clear photos of the front, back, and any visible signatures or hallmarks.
- Physical Specifications: Dimensions, materials (e.g., sterling silver, oil on canvas), and the approximate date of acquisition.
- Provenance Details: Information regarding where and when the piece was originally purchased or gifted.
Processing
Each request is personally reviewed to maintain the highest standards of verification. Once the artwork or jewelry is authenticated against our studio archives, a complimentary certificate will be issued as a PDF. To Receive A COA in the mail that is signed and stamped by us there is a $15+ Shipping Fee which will be charged via invoice (check the box below and we will reach out via email with more details).
Please Note: If you are requesting certificates for multiple pieces, kindly submit a separate form for each item to ensure individual tracking and documentation.
