As an artist, we will come up against many roadblocks that we will overcome. It’s part of the journey. Honestly, the biggest roadblock we will all face is fear itself. Our own insecurities, doubts, and fears are the only things that could have power over us. The key is remembering that you created them, they do not create you.
Apparently, I’m so nervous about playing music in public today that I’ve been promoting the wrong time. We will start playing music at 2pm until 4pm. I’ve been telling people 4pm for some reason (Probably because that’s when it ends) Correct time: Oil City Curb Market 2pm – 4pm EST.

We had such an amazing time playing music at Woods And River. Little known fact, I am terrified to play music in front of people. This is a fear I face every time we schedule a gig. It’s getting better tho, I only quit the band 6 times before this show.

Under this calm demeanor is a whirlwind. Today is the final day of our “Oh Crap” sale and Klee and I have several commissioned pieces to create, I am finishing up art for Woods And River exhibiting artist for the month of June, I have a reception tomorrow at Redbrick Gallery, I am designing a piece of art furniture for Grafitti Gallery, and I’m planning a solo show for next month.
