Processing Time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, please see individual items. Most of the items we offer are made to order (we create each one just for you, per your order specifications). Some items are one of a kind, ready to ship. If ordering multiple items with different processing times, your order will ship when all items in the order have been completed (subject to longest processing time).

- United Kingdom : 7 – 14 business days
- North America : 3 – 7 business days
- Europe : 7 – 14 business days
- Australia, New Zealand : 7 – 14 business days

Conditions of return
