The triangle has represented so many things to so many cultures throughout the ages, that it would be impossible to cover them all. From a depiction of the elemental forces of fire (upward pointing) and water (downward pointing), to it’s mathematical, scientific and alchemical importance, to it’s religious and spiritual significance, it is undoubtedly one of the most ubiquitous symbols of all time.
One thing the triangle universally represents is strength. Any weight placed on a triangle is evenly distributed between all three sides, making it a powerful symbol of solid foundation. Whatever the triangle means to you, this pendant necklace is a beautiful and simple representation of a symbol which will surely persist throughout all of time and space.
Necklace is 14k yellow gold filled and features a subtle hammered texture. Dainty, lightweight minimalist design makes a great staple piece for layering or wearing alone.

THE DETAILS
-Hammer formed 14k yellow gold filled triangle with subtle hammer texture on one side and smoother finish on opposite side.
-Triangle pendant measures 11mm (7/16″) from point to opposite flat side, and .7mm thickness (please expect very slight variations as these are hand forged).
-Triangle is free floating on delicate 1.4mm 14k yellow gold filled cable chain with small spring ring clasp. These links catch light beautifully. *Please Note* This chain is quite sturdy for it’s delicate look, but as with any fine chain, should be handled with due care.
-Choose your desired chain length from the drop down menu. (Necklace in photos is 16″ length).
-These are hand formed and each one has slight variances and it’s own subtle texture features, but will remain true to the design shown here.

ABOUT GOLD FILLED JEWELRY
Gold-filled jewelry is composed of a solid layer of gold, which must constitute at least 5% (1/20) of the item’s total weight, mechanically bonded to sterling silver or a base metal (such as jeweler’s brass). Gold-filled items are 5 to 10 times thicker than regular gold plating, and 15 to 25 times thicker than gold electroplate, making it much more valuable and longer lasting because gold-filled has an actual layer of karat gold, not just a microscopic film as on plated jewelry which is estimated to be 0.05% or less of the metal product. Most gold-filled is 12kt or 14kt gold-filled (I use 14kt for my pieces). Gold-filled does not de-laminate or peel like plated or “dipped” products. It is tarnish resistant and does not tarnish as readily as silver. Many find that they never have to clean gold-filled items at all. However, from time to time your jewelry may become dirty from everyday wear. To clean gold-filled it is best to use mild soap and water.
