Description

A beautiful genuine ivory cream baroque shape freshwater coin pearl is the centerpiece of this simple and timeless pendant necklace. Set on a torch fired sterling silver headpin and dangling from a sterling silver chain, it makes a simple and elegant statement.

This necklace is made to order and no two pearls are exactly the same. Yours will be created just for you with it’s own unique and beautiful baroque coin pearl.

THE DETAILS

-Necklace features a single genuine untreated freshwater coin pearl, baroque flat in shape and white/cream/ivory in color with pink/gold/blue overtones. Surface shows nice luster, and plenty of rich texture as typical with genuine baroque pearls.

-Pearls range in size from 22-26mm (about 7/8″-1″) length, 18-20mm (just under or just over 3/4″) width and average 6mm (1/4″) deep at deepest point.

-I will choose a pearl from my collection to create your bespoke necklace. Each one is unique and they are all beautiful.

-Pearls were hand selected by me from a highly trusted collector and distributor of fine pearls, based in Tennessee and Florida, with over 4 decades of continual successful business in the pearl industry.

-Pearl is set on a torch fired solid sterling silver headpin, the bottom of which is left darkened from torch firing to add contrast and visual interest.

-Chain is a solid sterling silver 1.1mm width cable chain with spring ring clasp. It looks delicate but is quite strong.

-Choose your desired chain length from the drop down menu. (Necklace in photos is 24″ chain length).

Size Chart

NECKLACE LENGTH GUIDELINES
  • If you already know your desired necklace length, simply select it from the drop down menu. Sizes are listed by the inch. If you would like an in between size (example 18 1/2") please select the closest size from the menu and then leave me a note at checkout requesting the size. I will accommodate the size request as closely as possible.
  • If you don't know what length you need, here's how to measure to get the proper size. Take a flexible tape measure and drape it around your neck at the length you want the necklace to lay. The measurement where the two ends meet is your necklace length.
  • If you don't have a tape measure handy, you can use a string and a flat ruler. Simply drape the string around your neck in the same way as you would with a tape measure. Pinch the string on each end where the two ends meet, and then place that section of string against a flat ruler to get your measurement.
  • You can also measure the length of a necklace you own that fits how you like in order to get your measurement, but if you choose this method please try to measure a necklace that is of a similar style to this one or at least is designed to lay the same way. Different necklace styles can fit very differently even if they are the same length measured end to end.
